Wrath advice needed...
So how screwed am I?
I upgraded my phone contract early about three weeks ago. You guessed it, via Phones4U. I paid ?170 to EE for an early upgrade on the basis of Phones4U offering me ?140 cashback.
At the time of doing this I was told the cashback would be in my account within 28 days. I phoned them last Wed or Thu for an update and was told the cashback would activate after the phone had been active for 15 days, which would have been the following day.
Long and short of it, am I ever likely to see the money?
BEfore any condescending replies, I do obviously understand the situation is far more serious for their 5,500 employees.
