A Switzerland-raised friend of mine doesn't even have a toilet door!

embarassingly, when I went to stay with her she hung a sheet over the door hole for my sake.
I tried being European and s**tting with nothing where the door should be, but I admit it was very weird.

However, at home I never lock the door, but I do close in the case of number 2s
