it's totes brilly unt

staying in aldeburgh along the seafront and i spied a few folks trudging off each morning and said to my wife "i'd like to have a try at that must be suffern in it" and she dared me. so i blummern diddut this morning. it's a bit of a stress getting in but after about 5 minutes of sheer agony it suddenly becomes life enhancing and invigorating and brilly unt. tomorrow though i'm going to make sure the hot water is on for my after dip bath. *failmush*
