Yes mate. Swear by it. Lost about 1.5 stone since

I call it "pants slop". Chicken, meat, veggies. have experimented with sauces etc. I like a bit of perrins in it. Low carb. Very nutritious. I keep the potatoes in it to a minimum but have it with brown rice.
Its way good init.
