exactly this - lots of capable midfielders on the continent for less than ?7m

QPR are paying us a premium for a player who has shown that he can at least adapt to the UK and Premier League style of play.

They could have just gone abroad and taken a punt on a different foreign midfielder - very much like what we did when we signed him in the first palce...
