which is also on his album Politics... which is sadly pretty weak in the main apart from that.
His best album imho is Sexuality which has this:

Starts as a ballad, turns in to some kind of Michael Mann/Giorgio Moroder nightscape soundtrack.
Absolutely profoundly blows me away.
