and i think you're right about the improvements part too. but you've got to be pretty special to get a zero rating!

there's an app for this too, i thought it a quite good idea if you could check the hygiene rating before you chose to eat somewhere even if you were looking at the menu outside the place, should make the places make more of an effort.

but of course just becasue it's clean doesnt mean the food is any good! :)
