Totally agree with you though mate

Worthington is far, far too careful. There are so many players who are given their chance at other clubs and prove to be a success. For a team like us that used to pride itself on the youth system we have hardly been successful in the last 5 years or so.

Only Green has really been a huge success. I would like to see us blood some youngsters.
