In my opinion, it's all about risk, something Worthington hardly ever does

He only takes a risk when he has to, like when the squad was bare against Walsall and he had no choice but to bring on Henderson on the right wing, who had a great game and even changed the game as we were still 1 nil down at that point

People might say he gave Jarvis his debut at 17 (16 can't remember), but that was against wolves in a game where our season was officially over. There was no risk playing him, the game wasn't there to stand for anything for us, it was just a run out for a local lad

When it did come to risk time with Jarvis, he'd just scored in the last minute against Millwall I think in the game we lost. We played Preston the week after and he didn't even get on, instead Iwan was the sub

The impact of Shackel last season was only brought on because we were on 20 points and it was worthy's way of saying he had given in on the prem, so he gave Shackel a go, brough bentley back in, safri in the middle and helveg at right back. We won and it spear headed a near impossible comeback which we nearly pulled off

The problem is these risks are always last resort, and they are usually unfair on the player involved, as they are up against it with their "chance" to shine

Under worthington, there is no point having a youth system when the man in charge won't use it, or risk something potentially good for us at the right times
