lots of teams don't get their first choice

Tottenham wanted Van Gaal. Chelsea wanted Guardiola rather than Mourinho last year. I'm sure they can still attract players.

It's up to Adams to convey his ambition to prospective signings (after all, Brendan Rogers started as a youth coach and no-one can say he hasn't been ambitious!)
