er, i do get to suggest what's in their best interests ab, it's my job!

I try my best when working, i try and treat residents/ clients/ service users as i would treat anyone who knows me.
I think i succeed, judging by the feedback I've had so far.I am a support worker for people with mental illness, where i work the emphasis is on them being allowed to do what they want, within sova and dols.
