Mackay is an excellent young manager with current experience in both the Championship and Premier League. Megson quite clearly isn't.
You've now gone from pithy trolling to supposedly well thought out and reasoned points. Except they don't make sense and don't apply.
McNally has already made it clear that the football management structure needs to change, thus your criticisms of Mackay are unfounded.
He was in the wrong structure at Cardiff, just as Mark Hughes was in the wrong structure at QPR but not at Stoke.
