Malky's Assistants
David Kerslake (ex-QPR, Tottenham, Dirty Leeds) and Joe McBride (ex-Everton).
Have a feel of Calderwood, who, like Kerslake, is an ex-Tottenham right back and Trollope about them to be honest!
Would hope the board want a say in the whole coaching structure with the new appointment.
Malky with Adams as his No.2 would suit me, maybe advertise for the role of 1st team coach and see who might be interested-we might be surprised!
Am sort of assuming Watson will move on in the Summer, he's high profile and was part of team Hughton. So new GK Coach as well. Chris Woods isn't doing anything at the moment!
