But playing well in the Championship, winning games, looking good is so much better than the grim routine of much of the past two seasons.

Yes, there aren't that many sides that are perennially at the bottom of the Prem - but then I'm not sure how many more seasons I could have beared it under Hughton.

If we had beaten West Brom he would have stayed, we might have stayed up and off we go again.
