To convert chances on a regular basis needs belief. Under Hughton's tenure, no attacking player except probably Snodgrass (our best player and biggest character) has had any.

We know they worked on defence a lot. This is fact.

Did they work on finishing? Could 3 ex defenders really help motivate struggling forwards? Clearly not.

But no, don't ever blame the man paid to motivate the players..
