Perhaps the best way to compare is to look at the absolute number of titles.

Atletico have won La Liga 9 times (runners up 8). They last won it in 96.

That's actually pretty similar to Everton here - champions 9 times, runners up 7 times. Bit longer ago - last champions in '87.

So perhaps fairly similar - whereas bit smaller than Arsenal, who've been champions 13 times.
