CL is a bigger deal than the EPL. Beating Barca in a mini-league of only 6 games

Is also a bigger deal than beating a top EPL side in a league of 38 games. All top EPL sides lose from time to time in the first half of the season; Barca almost never lose to a side as limited as Celtic.

Lennon also oversaw Celtic's first ever CL group stage away win, which was critical to their getting through - and the side they eliminated, Benfica, ended up in the Europa League Final.

Beyond that: Celtic weren't as good in the CL this season, but nor have Norwich been in the EPL either. Hughton's star has fallen more than Lennon's IMO; and was never as high as NL's was to begin with. But I do take your point: certainly, there are similarities.
