Everyone watching can see changes that need to be made but Hughton just can't/won't do it.

I can also only recall one substitution that has been anything other than a like for like change and that was bringing on Tettey as an extra midfielder at Spurs for the last 15 minutes when we were losing 2 nil.

God help us if he is allowed to offload Wes because we will then have even less potential for tactical flexibility.
