Have to admit that i was OK with the starting eleven.....

....before the game last night, but after the first 10-15 mins, it was so obvious that we were being comprehensively outplayed and that something needed changing urgently.

I don't have any coaching badges, that's why we have a highly paid manager and coaching staff, all of whom were either unwilling or unable to see what was unfolding in front of their own eyes.

That for me is the crux of the whole Hootun debate. He is either unwilling or unable to see when its going wrong and to change it. Then he makes a crass after match statement that it was 'fair result' as if to justify one of the worst home performances I have seen at Carrow Road in any division for along time.

For that reason, if for no other, then he has to go. In reality, we are probably stuck with him until the end of the season, by which time we may or may not be in the Championship, but regardless of how the season ends, we have to get rid in May IMHO.
