the doc said to me that i should give ibuprofen a cabby for a few weeks and see how it went and then perhaps try physio. he said surgery was an option further down the line but not often successful. the internet says i'm donald ducked for 2-4 years. and the internet never lies.

the doctor actually yawned and looked at his watch midway through the appointment so i don't think he was necessarily giving me the full benefit of his training. i might have to bupa it
