Mike Dean's error in not sending off Shamakh has absolutely nothing to do with what Clattenburg may or may not have said to Lallana.

This is not frontier justice at all. Southampton have made a formal complaint and we will see what comes of it. Doubtless if Clatternburg has a case to answer then it will all be considered.

Much like when he was accused of racially abusing a Chelsea playere when absolutely nothing of the sort had happened.
