Laudrup are Pochettino are two examples of coaches with big league experience, but who arrived in the Prem from relative obscurity. We need to learn to see potential beyond our own shores - Solskjaer superficially looks like this, but no one would give him a second thought if he hadn't playing for United for all those years.
