I'm guessing as long as he gets a big transfer budget and is well remunerated he'll take the job (as crazy as that seems having to work for Tan!)

Wonder whether OGS is just trying to raise his premier league profile for bigger roles to come in the future. Like a win win situation, whatever happens he, like Malky, might be able to use the fact that Tan is a nutter to excuse any failures upon sacking.

Perhaps he might even be an ideal future city manager once he's had some experience of managing in the prem at crazy Cardiff....??
