Thing is though, who has experience of managing in the prem who isn't s**t?
Someone like Steve Bruce would be good, but he'd never swap hull for us. That's the challenge I guess.
You want to appoint the next great manager who is on the rise, such as lambert at the time for us. That's the only way to really progress, but it's risky.
