What I really don't get..

Is why he never seems to change it mid-game. We have been getting tonked in these last two games, and nothing was done to try and sort the situation out. Yesterday was crying out for an extra man in midfield.

It's not like we were creating good chances, despite poor possession like at WBA. It was just crap. Hughton is so so cautious to the point of it actually taking something to go calamitously wrong before he reacts.
