I means, obviously they've got kerbillions of moneys, more moneys than sand, but I still don't get it.

What are we saying they're going to buy? Off whom? They could "buy the PL"? Well, no, obviously they couldn't "buy the PL".

Buy all of Sky TV and the broadcast rights? Fair enough, plenty enough money for that. Precisely zero chance of that happening.

Buy all of the clubs, bricks and mortar? Ho ho ho. Obviously not. Although they've got enough money, that's not happening either.

Buy the actual Premier League corporation? Off the 20 shareholder clubs? Nope.

I'm going to need this one spelling out, I think.
