I've seen both keepers in many games, which I'm sure you have too - I happen to think that Ruddy is better but perhaps suffering from lack of media appeal.
You'd think that the England goalkeeping coach would have some influence.
Its a trend, the same happened to Holt, Hodgson not interested in his 15 goal season and a chance in an England friendly, but Lambert is given all the plaudits from Hodgson on his goal scoring feats last season (which I believe was also 15).
Maybe I'm biased.
