However, yes - any change WOULD need to be a Euro upgrade.

That being said, I'm now of the view that the only way that he will lose his job before the new year is if we lose to West Ham and Newcastle and fail to beat Palace.

Even if we only get a point from West Ham/Newcastle, a win against Palace will save him for now imho.
