Well, I don't think it's about the tactics or approach.

Yesterday, for example, wasn't a tactical mistake. It wasn't the team trying to do something that was wrong, it was that everything they did was so poor.

That may be down to attitude - I don't think I've seen us get in opposition faces at all in ages. THAT might be the management's fault, which we'd see if there was a change. But as long as they play with that fear, tactics are irrelevant.
