I get so sick of people blaming refs for outcomes. You
can't control others(refs) and when folks constantly b***h
in that direction it's just to paper over what you can control.
It's all part of the "victim" mentality this world has. Fucking best way to take refs out of the picture is improve your own game. Most good coaches I've ever had stress this. I think
it's called accountability or something like that.
