Another 8000 seats don't need to be season ticket or casual seats only. Spread them about and improve all areas.

I agree with norway, won't take long to knock roof off and build on top.

25-30mil for another 8000seats x 19games a season x 20quid = 3mil a year and that's just for the seat!
Paid off within 10yrs, according to my crappy sums. A couple of decent cup runs and that recoup time gets shorter.
If all seats sold.
