...You look at a club like Palace, or even Celtic, they had poor attendances and the fans went to the clubs and said, "right we want control of this section of the ground to try and get some atmosphere back."

They both struggled against Stewards etc for years with the tifo displays, banners, flags etc and obviously still have some issues now, but overall they've been able to do it in sparce areas of the ground that allowed for expansion of the group.

We couldn't do that at city, because we don't have an area to take control of and i would say that Mr McNally would be very frosty on the idea, like he has with other things we've attempted to talk to him about (i.e Safestanding).
