McNasty ought to designate one block as "singing seats"

The deal ought to be that you can only buy a season ticket there if you promise to sing a lot. If stewards regularly catch you not singing you lose your ticket

That would provide a solid base and would get other people singing

And/or he should do safe standing (I know about his Hillsborough connection but safe standing is totally different) since everyone knows that people sing more standing
