I have not seen a single comment about 2009 which isn't based around "we should count ourselves lucky we're not s**t anymore".

The 2009 argument has nothing to do with learning lessons and even if it did, it wouldn't be about sackings, it would be "Don't appoint the guy in hospitality to be your f**king manager".
