Even if he just plainly refused, I still don't blame him tbh, slightly unprofessional yes - but I have worked in customer service before and they don't have to accept abuse from members of the public, even if that abuse took place prior to meeting them

For example, how comfortable would many on here feel serving known paedos, I would refuse and if my employers didn't like it, so be it, I would rather stick to my morals tbh, either that or treat the little cnut in the most unhelpful way possible (without breaking any professional terms of employment etc)

I really don't think hate preachers deserve to be treated with respect or kindness in return, they set the rules and know exactly what they're doing, they should learn to take some of their own medicine (which is not what this assistant did btw, he didn't preach hate, he refused to do something I would have a hard job doing tbh)
