No dodgy areas she should be aware of? I'm guessing that Lima is big enough to have dodgy areas, but these are probably fairly well-known and obvious?
I reminded her that S America does have a bit of a thing for kidnap, but that's generally further south, isn't it? Bear in mind that i worry about her when she nips down to Asda, so these regular flights into adventure are a bit of a fright for me. When she was in Ghana I don't think I breathed for a week until she got back. When she went to Kenya, war-torn northern Kenya, she took the step of lying to me and saying it was cancelled. Then she showed me the photos when she got back. So i had a major delayed panic instead.
