Adnams and Greene King used to be the only alternatives to Watneys in Norwich.

Never drank Tolly Cobbold on principle though.

There was the odd Whitbread pub, such as the University Arms, but that wasn't much better.

Then we had the dreadful Red Revolution and the pub swap between Watneys and Courage. The Courage opening nights were always good!

Whatever happened to Stingo and Russian Imperial Stout?
