drama and my chap (Pablo I think) was great but the other ticket office chap with the stylish facial hair and glasses with the nice soothing voice (that was dealing with the old aged pensionioner whose grandson liked Rugby and football but who couldn't always attend games but wasn't sure if he should give his ticket to a pal or sell it back to the club) was immense
