Let the Gibraltans decide whether they want to be British or Spanish, but...

make them pay tax on the same level as other UK citizens. They should pay VAT, capitals gains tax, wealth tax and duty like everyone else in the EU.

Also scrap the criminally low rate of corporation tax, which is depriving both British and Spanish governments of much needed revenue.
