Exactly, if s**t hits the fan here, we have to react and sort it on our own.

I'm actually personally responsible for picking casing points in formation, and making sure the cementing jobs are done properly. So I know what goes on, how it happens and also the potential problems that can occur.

I'm proud to say we've never had a serious incident on any of my sites because we take the time to do the job properly and follow procedures to the letter. Anyone who f**ks about is off site quicker than they know it.
