I realised, liking music

that it's coming up to the festival time of year, and then subsequent tours in winter

Going to gigs can disrupt an exercise/healthy eating pattern.

Now I've got it all divided by 7, and various days. If there's a gig on one day where I'm on 800kcals, I'll swap it with one of the 3 drinking days

I'm doing this today. I'm replacing tomorrows high calorie day with today's. I may feel crappy about that tomorrow, but like I say, Tuesday on the horizon as the next sort of 'blow out' day

I prefer to do this, than go a month completely abstained, and then realise 2 weeks after, I've gone the opposite way
