I keep asking

because I find many of the transfer dealings over the past 15 or 16 months very puzzling. The expenditure of large amounts of cash in pursuit of weakening the team is peculiar. In fact in general terms I find staff matters at NCFC very puzzling. I can't think of any club that so readily pays up players contracts before time. Which is very odd, because we also are the only club I have ever heard of that can't afford to sack it's manager.
