Well, I think maybe we should let the people in charge of the club do their jobs.

Rather than spend a lot of time criticising tactics on a message board and suggesting squad alterations, new managers and the like. We can get a say by going to the match and cheering and supporting or staying at home and not; but seriously, if the club are going to be swayed by a message board moan they must really be in the s**t. Would you change the way you do your job or worse, sack someone else, because someone on a message board thinks someone else is better?

These are people we're discussing, not accessories for a Saturday night outfit that you can discard at will.
