His tactics for matches against the big clubs? Perfect. Miles better than Lambert's. There's some balance for you.

My biggest problem is that people say he needs loads of money, but we had a good style/system that was working before, why dismantle that? You should know, seeing as that's you're argument for why York should have kept Mills over Worthy.

If we were utter abject s**te last season and only just survived, then, and only then would this complete overhaul have been needed. In that situation I would have understood it, but it really wasn't necessary.
