You sound a bit confoodled
You're either a wrist spinner or you aren't. No spinners, right arm or left arm, suddenly switch from finger spin to wrist spin. So there's no such thing as a left arm spinner's wrist delivery. If he's a left arm finger spinner like Monty, he doesn't have a "wrist delivery". If he's a left arm wrist spinner like, ummm, Puss Achong, then ALL his deliveries are left arm wrist. It's just that some off them go the other way.
Some people do call that left arm wrist spinner's wrong un a Chinaman. But more usually, that whole style of bowling (ie left arm wrist spin) is called being a Chinaman, because of the original left arm wrist spinner, Puss Acong
