One of the reasons I was SO glad we scored just before half time on Saturday was to avoid

the awful boos I was expecting at half time. You could really sense how desperate the atmosphere was turning after Swansea scored - especially as the ball had already been in the net earlier and from my end I thought they'd scored.

As it happens, I just heard applause when it came to half time. But it was a really tense watching experience. We played so badly in parts of that first half - giving the ball away, flapping in front of goal and it's really hard to be positive in those circumstances (and I honestly try! I have no patience with the doom mongers around me!). You need something to get you going!
