I might be talking out of my arse...
in fact it is almost certain... but won't the financial fair play conditions effectively put some constraint on how much clubs will be able to pay as wages? My simplistic understanding was that it's main purpose is to stop all the extra money ending up simply in the pockets of agents and players?
