On Vista and Windows 7, does anyone get that issue where you click on a

site that requires secure log in, and then it just freezes the browser?

On vista it does it for about 5 minutes and then recovers

On my 7 pc it, it doesn't recover. When you kill the browser, you can't load any browser up till you restart the pc

Is this common?
