I agree with him for once - they were spineless

and he has run out of ideas. The players were at fault but they obviously lack the motivation. If he can't motivate them, it doesn't matter whose fault it is. All that matters is something changes because it can't go on like this and I think that change should be the manager.

Not motivating them is just the latest thing to be added to the list.
