it is more minor niggles, like Hughton's cautious defensive approach, inability to use a sub, and unwillingness to adapt the formation when it is not working.

As long as we don't get relegated these are minor niggles.

On the positive side, we are still well above the relegation zone, and his signings have been excellent. The improvement to the defense dramatic (although this has not stemmed the total number goals we concede)
